This crisp & zingy sauvignon blanc is packed full of gooseberry and bright citrus aromas, and when you take a sip there is delicious citrus and herbaceous notes, with a lovely crisp acidity - just an explosion of flavour.

The aromas of grapefruit and white flesh nectarine are complemented by notes of capsicum and tomato leaf. The palate exhibits citrus and stone fruit enhanced with lemon zest highlights.

Supple gooseberry notes introduces the wine before moving into a broadly textured mid-palate. A lovely acid line drives passionfruit flavours on the finish.

The wine displays guava, passionfruit and gooseberry flavours underscored by nettle and chamomile floral notes; These same fruit characters introduce the wine onto the palate, moving into a textured mid-palate and supple acidity the wine finishes with a touch of nettle.
