The Monterey masters of West Coast IPA, Alvarado St, bare all, with a very special, intensely aromatic, Nelson Sauvin saturated take on their legendary, multi award winning flagship IPA.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... conjuring up a super crushable, super crisp Extra Cold IPA. Brewed with a bohemian lager yeast, crispy grains and a load of aromatic hops including Riwaka, Rakau, Motueka, Citra and Mosaic. 6.5% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops... as usual, blended with some lazy times at the beach. Nothing Lazy about a hazy but. Brewed for longer, with London Fog yeast, a massive load of vibrant hops including Zythos, Ahhhroma, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe, and extra juicy - Golden Promise malts. 6.5% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... dreaming of summer, and the Wit biers of Belgium. Brewed to their own hybrid recipe with Belgian Wit yeast and Hazy IPA malts, and loaded with Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Citra hops. 6.2% ABV.

With a finish as smooth as Travolta, Disko Inferno is a badass new Schwarzbier. This dark and mysterious brew delivers subtle chocolate notes, crisp refreshment and an uplifting chorus of noble hops. Its style is refreshingly different, like goth night at the disko. Pilsner and lager drinkers will swoon for its clean finish, while its hints of complexity will attract dark beer fans to the d-floor.

Of the dozens of unique wheat beer styles out of Europe the two most popular are the Belgian witbier, and the German hefeweizen or weissbier. Both styles are smooth and cloudy, and both derive much of their signature flavour from their yeast. The hefeweizen is best known for its characteristic flavours of banana and cloves, which we reckon makes it even tastier than its Belgian cousin.

A healthy permanent haze and smooth mouthfeel turn our award-winning Sculpin IPA into a tropical oasis. The hop selection creates refreshing notes of pineapple and guava with no fruit added. Simply put, this brew is paradise in the palm of your hands.

This Grapefruit Sculpin adds a fresh squeeze of tangy bitterness to our signature IPA. Some may say there are few ways to improve Sculpin's unique flavour, but the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements this IPA's citrusy hop character.

This Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got Behemoth into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, they knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. Let me tell you something my friend, hops are a dangerous thing, hops can drive a person insane, got no use on the inside, better get used to that. It comes down to a simple choice. Get busy hopping or get busy... Well not hopping. That's goddamn right! Remember hops are a good thing, maybe the best of things, and good things never die. In honour of what may be the best movie ever made Behemoth make this West Coast IPA using their favourite NZ, Aussie and US hops. The Sauvin Slayer is here to collect the heads of hop lovers with New Zealand's sexiest hop, Nelson Sauvin. Behemoth have poured massive amounts of that national treasure into this double IPA to drag you over to the other side of hoppiness. Think big, dank, tropical fruits with fresh cut gooseberries.
