Aged to perfection. Blending modern and traditional distilling techniques, añejo was first introduced to the world by Casa Herradura in 1962. Since then Herradura Añejo has aged in American White Oak barrels for 25 months - an incredible 13 months beyond industry standards. Double Barrel Reposado undergoes a unique two-step aging process, spending 11 months in charred American White Oak barrels before resting an additional month in fresh oak to deepen its complexity. This novel process creates an intense, premium sipping tequila with a luxurious profile of smoky wood, rich caramel, and elegant vanilla. With a burnt amber hue and inviting aromas of oak, charred agave, and sweet spice, it delivers bold flavours of black pepper, custard cream, and dried fruit, finishing smooth with a lingering, aromatic warmth.

Herradura Plata owes its distinctly sweet taste of agave and subtle oak notes to resting for an impressive 45 days beyond the industry standard in American White Oak barrels. Tequila Herradura Reposado is the world's very first tequila reposado that is aged longer than the industry standard for 11 months in charred American white oak barrels. The additional time spent resting results in a deep copper-coloured tequila liquor with a rounded taste and notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter complemented by a smooth, sweet finish with a touch of spice. Slow-burning, aromatic peat from Hobbister Moor; hand-turned floor maltings, Sherry seasoned European oak casks, cool maturation in the temperate island climate and a long and unhurried harmonisation process. Highland Park 18YO is predominantly matured in 1st fill European oak Sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a remarkable complexity over time. It delivers lingering layers of sweet honeyed malt wrapped up in subtle floral peat smoke. Over 18 years, the cool Northern climate causes the whisky to age slowly and evenly, providing balanced maturation and depth of flavour.

Selecting similar quantities of contrasting cask types - nine first-fill European sherry seasoned oak hogsheads, eight ex-bourbon hogsheads, and nine refill hogsheads - gives the November 2019 Release of Highland Park 21 Year Old single malt whisky an impressively rounded and unique flavour. As the warm spices and rich dried fruit flavours of the European casks mingle with the sweeter, exotic fruit notes from the ex-bourbon hogsheads, the softer influence of the refill casks finishes off the harmony. Bottled at its marrying strength of 46%, this exceptionally well-balanced whisky delivers notes of freshly-cut pineapple, ripe mango, juicy pears, sun-dried sultanas, dried exotic fruit, spice market aromas and curls of densely aromatic peat smoke. Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. You'll taste the syrupy sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood, and smoked paprika. If we had to make up a word for such a flavour, it'd be Stickysmoke.

Created using a higher proportion of local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brûlée, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.

Shochu is a Japanese traditional hard liquor, distilled spirits made from grains and vegetables. The most common base ingredients are sweet potato, barley, rice, buckwheat and sugar cane. Try this Hombo Shuzo Arawaza Sakurajima Shochu.

This blend of botanical spice and citrus is unique in both aroma and taste. To the nose notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger are released, with a powerful undertone of orange peel. The palate is warm, soothing and highly aromatic and the finish is both fresh and herbal.

It has a refreshing acidity and soft sweetness which gives it an elegant mouth feel with umami flavour.

A complex dry gin that can be the backbone to a great cocktail and which can handle the addition of flavoured tonics. The floral aroma of orris root is prominent on the nose with juniper, coriander and manuka creating a piney heart. Oranges and lemons complement the fruity base and cinnamon, licorice and orris root provide a sweet spice finish.

Locally harvested wakame seaweed and limes creates a fresh savoury and citrus gin that will instantly remind you of the ocean. The initial aroma is juniper forward, fresh and sweet. On the palate you first get the refreshing feel of the citrus before fading to reveal the juniper - a noticeable sweetness then appears giving way to a sweet salt finish.
