Caravelle - the second of The Islands Series - is named for the sailing ship used for long voyages of exploration in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries, and for Presqu'ile de la Caravelle, the wild and lush natural reserve in Martinique. Remarkable Irish malt and grain whiskeys are matured for at least 10 years in American Bourbon casks and expertly blended. Martinique has a specific AOC controlling how Rhum Agricole is produced - masterful finishing in selected Martinique rum casks introduces earthy and exotic flavour notes.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a bold fusion of smoky and sweet note. By marrying peated whisky and malts matured in bourbon barrels, and then finishing in Latin rum casks, Glenfiddich created an exquisite whisky with campfire smokiness and toffee sweetness. To make Benriach Twelve, Benriach spirit is three cask matured for at least twelve years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels and port casks. The whisky from each cask is then expertly married together to create a smooth, sherry-rich single malt, layered with baked fruit, maple honey and cocoa, perfectly balanced with a lingering sultana and spiced mocha finish.

This Single Malt Whisky showcases six distinct malts - rather than the traditional one or two - delivering a richer, more expressive flavour with clear regional character. Matured primarily in toasted and charred Australian apera casks, ex-bourbon barrels, and custom 36-month air-dried ex-rye casks, it offers aromas of fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee, and dark chocolate.
