Sherried & Intense. Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming. A'bunadh is a whisky hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. It is bottled at cask strength resulting in a robust and deeply intense, sherried whisky.

Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. Introducing the Wonders of Wood, a series of Dublin Distilled Single Pot Still Whiskeys that has been honoured as the World's Best Single Pot Still Whiskey in 2022! The second edition of Teeling's Wonders of Wood bottlings consists of their Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley which has been triple distilled in their Dublin distillery and fully matured in virgin Portuguese oak casks. This special release is bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration. In partnership with the Tree Council of Ireland, each release in the Wonders of Wood series will help to plant exclusively native Irish tree Species in Teeling's very own designated acre of land in Ireland.

Ardbeg Uigeadail (pronounced 'Oog-a-dal') takes its name from the brooding, mysterious loch which provides the peat-laden water for Ardbeg. This is a special vatting of different styles of Ardbeg, marrying together its traditional deep, smoky notes with the luscious, sweet, raisiny tones of old ex-sherry casks.

Drumshanbo Single Malt Galánta is a limited annual vintage whiskey. Every precious drop is distilled by Brian Taft & hand bottles at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. Hand-selected by Master Blender Brian Taft, it has matured in Single Use Kentucky Bourbon casks and boasts an intriguing balance of vanilla and wood spice.

Created using a higher proportion of local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brûlée, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.

Highland Park have a tradition of defying convention and that's how they came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging. Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You'll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.
