The first edition of Teeling's Wonders of Wood bottlings consists of thier single pot still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley which has been triple distilled in their Dublin distillery and fully matured in virgin Chinkapin American white oak casks. This special release is bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration.

As part of this innovative mission, Teeling have been a pioneer in celebrating Irish Single Grain crafted using a recipe of 95% corn and 5% malted barley. The first in their Aged Single Grain series saw Teeling explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks, while their newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on the Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-Bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

Retreating against a wild beauty, into the bramble-filled woods of the Highlands, Clynelish is a distillery even more remote than most. It is also the natural habitat to the elusive Scottish wildcat, Felix Sylvestris. Few of these evanescent creatures remain and rarely are they seen, but the wildcat symbol is emblazoned on the Clynelish distillery, guarding it for all time. Bright as a golden eye, amid the light, this Clynelish shows a spicier side to its bright fruitiness and waxy texture. The rich liquid glows with complex aromas of fruit, herbs and deeper, scented oak spice. The smooth texture and rich, wine-sweet flavours snarl with pepper-spice after an extended secondary maturation in Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso casks. A single malt as rare and elusive as its mysterious guardian.

The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly luxurious world-class malt. Matured in traditional oak casks and first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts, dried apricot, nougat and distinctive nutty flavours develop into bursts of tropical fruit with mellow undertones and a rich, full-bodied finish.
