A generous blend of Pilsner, Vienna, Munich and Midnight Wheat, balanced with Saaz and Celeia hops and fermented with a Czech yeast. The result is a superbly smooth lager, with restrained hop notes, soft, rounded malt mouthfeel with hints of caramel and fresh baked bread crust. Works like a charm.

Inspired by the ill fated expedition of the HMS Bounty, Mutiny is a very South Pacific take on an export stout, brewed with breadfruit, roasted plantain, coconut sugar, toasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla. Spirituous heat elegantly balanced with deep, rich coconut vanilla sweetness in an ebony black brew of intense complexity. A dark end to a dark tale.

Garage Project are heading south for their fifth collaboration with Boston brewing legends Trillium, down to Garston Hops in Southland's Nokomai Valley. An American classic, with a twist of pine. Ponderosa Pale - American Pale Ale. Sweet malts blended with Oregon Chinook, Cascade, Citra and Strata and finished with a shot of pine terpene. White grapefruit citrus, dank pineapple sativa and sun warmed old growth resin, all balanced with chewy caramel biscuit malt. Like Oregon old growth in a can.

Ripe juicy Maris Otter and chewy crystal lay down a foundation of rich malt flavour, supporting an assertive load of East Kent Goldings and Slovenian Celeia hops. Notes of toffee and fresh baked biscuits balanced with firm bitterness and floral, earthy citrus aroma. Sometimes you've got to get old skool.

The goat is back and this time he's angry. Raise the Horns, hardcore Doppelbock. More malt, a cold ferment and extended ice conditioning creates a doom metal dark lager beer, rammed full of smooth dark fruit and chocolate intensity and finishing with a delicious touch of alcohol warmth. Let me see you throw those horns!
