Think less red fruit lolly, more stonefruit and blueberry magic. It's got that signature big, hazy energy, but it's engineered to disappear faster than a magic trick. Supercharged by Mosaic hop oil over the top of Mosaic Cryo and Citra Cryo, with Riwaka on point to tie it all together.Expect juicy stonefruit, blueberry, citrus and soft tropicals wrapped in dense haze, low perceived bitterness, and a dangerously moreish finish - a levelled-up brew for fans.

Bird Dog has flown west and ended up in a hop lover's paradise. This variation of the old favourite was brewed for the Malt it up West Coast IPA Challenge, with intense Simcoe and Citra cryo hops to replant it in aspiration. The malt has been called back, to let these hops sing and this Bird Dog's song is strong. It'll have your tail feathers wagging.

For years, Richard Emerson has had big plans to brew beers under the name 'Deafinition'. Unfortunately, these plans went off the rails. You see, Richard is easily side-tracked. And the culprit is, almost always, trains. So, while he's off doing the locomotion, Emerson's are brewing Deafinition beers for him. Chasing Trains is one of Richard's favourite styles. A barley wine that'll warm the palate, with fruity hoppiness, citrus and toffee flavours, and a wine-like mouthfeel. Yes, it's a real trainspotter's beer.

The adventure doesn't have to end when you get home. Day Tripper is a low carb beer that's as intrepid as you are. Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. The Rock & Pillar Range looks over the small Otago town of Middlemarch, that Richard Emerson calls home. Here, locals know Richard to be both a pillar of the community, and a rock.
