Brothers Beer blended 10 different dark, toasted & chocolate malts, added Southern Cross hops & a serious quantity of freshly roasted & ground single origin Altezano coffee. The result is a rich & intense stout, with an incredibly smooth mouth-feel, & complex flavours of coffee, nut & dark chocolate.

Once every year at hop harvest time, the brew team at Brothers has the privilege to work with freshly harvested green hops. This year it's a full-bodied Hazy IPA brewed with whole-cone Necatron hops. Intense flavour, aromas of passionfruit, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple. Thanks to the crew in the top of the South for putting out the best hops in the world.

So, it was pretty natural for them to add a ton of blackberries to a Berliner Weisse and create this fantastic, refreshing beer you're looking at right now. It boasts just the right balance of sour beer and tart blackberry, with a wonderful colour to boot.

Brothers Beer third Hazy IPA in this series is packed with one of their favourite New Zealand hops - freshly picked Motueka, sourced from Waimea Hops.
