Cosmic Balance fuses hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Motueka, Citra & Talus fuse with cleansing juicy fruit tart flavours. Welcome one and all, to the new age of IPA.

Now known as one of the world's greatest astronomers, New Plymouth alumnus Beatrice Tinsley changed the way in which we view the universe. Her ground-breaking discoveries in the Cosmos were looked down upon by her male colleagues and considered somewhat 'nutty'. With a strong sense of self and a mission for equality, she persevered with her passion, publishing over 100 papers that are still cited today. Like Tinsley, this Cosmic Nut Stout doesn't shy away - packed full of strong malt character and conditioned on Cacao nibs, Muscovado and enough almonds to fill the cosmos.

C is for Crookie. Crookie Monster Pastry Stout. Mounds of decadently delicious Glou Glou baked Cookie Croissants, loaded into the mash along with almost two tonnes of malt, then topped off with Coffee Supreme coffee, vanilla beans and a touch of salt. It's a true monster, dripping with sticky sweet caramel, and brown butter, balanced with black coffee and roast malt. It's good enough for me.

It's Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what their friends at Green Cheek refer to as the 'Devil's Lettuce'. Definitely a collab that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Brewed using the finest Royalburn malt grown on the crown terrace in the mountains above Queenstown and hopped with Nelson Sauvin grown at 400 metres above sea level on the picturesque Nelson Lakes hop farm, freestyle peacherine and a shot of Motueka sub zero hop kief. Think lush mango, passionfruit and fresh cut stone fruit. Level up.

Home & Away, a series of re-brews bringing some of GP's funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. This time they bring you All Kiwi Everything by Brooklyn's one and only Other Half, a hazy, hoppy homage to their favourite New Zealand hop varieties. Brewed with a mountain of Southern Cross, Motueka, Nelson and Rakau. It's loaded with candied lemon-lime, tropical fruit, white wine and sweet grapefruit aromatics and flavour. Bringing home the goodness.
