Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... and reflecting how fortunate they are to outsource their brewing & packaging to Steam Brewing, whose team, passion, endless investment, and expertise are such an integral part of Bach for 11 years now. Juiced in Otahuhu is brewed with Idaho, Mosaic, Motueka, Nectaron and Superdelic hops on a juicy base of Gladfield malts.

Haters gonna hate. Riwaka Only Fans, an unapologetic showcase of one of New Zealand's most intense and distinctive hops. This dry hopped California style pilsner creates the perfect beer style for Riwaka to shine in its own unique way in a glorious blaze of vibrant lime, rich tropical fruit and that unmistakable hint of diesel kush. This one's for the fans.

Over at Bach they've been on Freesyle hop-farms in Moutere valley, rubbing and sniffing the pungent new season sticky hop cones. Sticky and dank with Lupulin, they've steeped massive loads of fresh harvested green Nelson Sauvin hop cones, flown same day to their brewers, Chris and Craig at Steam Brewery, and backed up by new season hop pellets of Riwaka, Motueka and Sauvin, also fast-tracked by Freestyle in record time.

Behemoth have been dreaming of this moment - sending hoppy letters back and forth with their mates at Block 15 Brewing in Oregon to craft something truly special. Together, they've penned the perfect West Coast IPA, loaded with old-school bitterness and bright, expressive hops that bridge the gap between them. Crisp, clear, and packed with citrus, pine, and resinous intensity, Hop Penpals is Behemoth's way of saying cheers, no matter the distance.

While he never sealed the deal then he's brought it back up again, so Behemoth figured they'd brew a West Coast IPA that's as bold and brash as that offer. Packed with a huge dose of dank, piney, and citrusy hops, this beer is crisp, clean, and absolutely for sale. He's wanting to rename it to, wait for it... Red, White and Blueland. How about Greenland and Iceland just swap names? One's mostly ice, the other's well, actually green. It's like they're gaslighting the map.
