Flame is a moderately bittered, full-bodied lager style beer. The beer is nicely balanced and has light refreshing fruity notes in the flavour and aftertaste.

There are no peaches in this beer. None. So why Angry Peaches? Inspired by a throw-away descriptor by beer blogger Phil Cook, Angry Peaches aims to create an aggressive stone fruit character with absurd amounts of American hop Amarillo. Because Garage Project loves everyone. Garage Project got all the Amarillo they could get their hands on and put it all in this beer. Just for everyone. Angry is the new nice.

Rye's a bastard to brew with, but after a remarkable 8 years ageing in bourbon barrels, not only is all forgiven, but this beer has been transformed. Rich at its inception, it's now developed an astonishing vanilla oak and spirit complexity like a fine madeira. It's a bastard, but it's worth it.

It couldn't be simpler. Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and Czech yeast. That's it. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want. Why bother dressing it up? It is what it is. Beer.

Delayed gratification can be hard work. Hellbender Barleywine, a beer this big only gets better with age, but holding back ain't easy. Problem solved, Garage Project aged it for you. Five years in bourbon oak barrels have created a beer of astounding complexity and depth. Well worth the wait.

Crack a can of Anchovy. Canned Laughter, West Coast bright IPA, brewed with an extra helping of infamous Anchovy hops from Segal Ranch in Yakima, Washington and paired with a touch of Chinook and Mosaic. Nothing fishy, just pink grapefruit bitterness, juicy watermelon, strawberry, blueberry and yellow boiled lolly notes. It's different, but only dead fish go with the flow.

A cheerful, upbeat little hazy. Brewed with plump, juicy NZ grown barley and oats and a choice selection of Garage Project's favourite hops to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer, loaded with lush tropical fruit juice flavour and aroma. Delicious - pure and simple.

Look what GP made. Chufty Badge, golden mild. Smooth, easy drinking English style ale with just a little twist. Pilsner and dark crystal malts paired with a novel American hop bill of Adeena and Lorien. Horlicks malt sweetness mixed with fresh mown hay, wildflowers, lemon and pine. It's weird but it works.
